These Terms and Conditions govern the “ANTONIOLI Rewards” loyalty program (hereinafter the “Program”), promoted by ANTONIOLI S.p.A., with its registered office at Via Pasquale Paoli, n. 1, 20144; VAT/Tax Code 04308510157 (hereinafter “ANTONIOLI” or “Company”).
By joining the Program, you fully accept the terms and conditions set forth below.
Registration Method
Users can join the Program through the following methods:
- Website: by filling out the dedicated section (https://antonioli.eu/en/pages/loyalty-register-page).
- In-store: at physical store locations, with the assistance of sales staff and according to the dedicated procedures.
Program Structure and Functioning Mechanisms
Upon joining the Program, the user automatically acquires the "Bronze" status. By accumulating points, users can reach higher status levels.
The membership levels are defined based on the number of points the user has, as follows:
Bronze (0–900),Silver (901–1,799),Gold (1,800–3,599),Platinum (3,600–9,999),Diamond (10,000+)
Points will expire 12 months after the last purchase.
Point Accumulation Methods
Points can be accumulated through the following activities:
- Program Registration: 100 welcome points upon joining the Program.
- Purchases made online or in-store: 1 point for every euro spent (for Bronze, Silver, Gold) 2 points (Platinum, Diamond)
-Newsletter Subscription: 50 points
- Birthday Gift: 500 points awarded to the user in the birth month (bronze, silver, gold) 960 points (platinum, diamond)
-Referring a Friend: 500 points
-Following us on instagram: 30 points
Points for purchases will be credited 14 (fourteen) days after the purchase date, once the absence of returns or exercise of the right of withdrawal is confirmed, which would prevent their final accumulation.
Details on Benefits by Level and Available Rewards
Participation in the Program grants certain benefits depending on the membership level. Some benefits are automatically granted upon reaching the corresponding level, while others can be redeemed by using accumulated points.
The rewards listed below are purely indicative and are meant to illustrate the possible benefits at various levels. The rewards and their associated conditions will be communicated to the user through Antonioli Group's communication channels.
Unless otherwise specified, benefits, vouchers, and discounts cannot be combined and are applicable only to a selection of full-price products.

Limitations and Modifications
ANTONIOLI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or revoke the Program and its content at any time, without prior notice and without any right to compensation or indemnification for users.
ANTONIOLI also reserves the right to revoke or cancel the points earned in case of abuse or violation of these terms, and to take any other measures deemed necessary to ensure the fairness and regularity of the Program.
Admission Right
The Program is exclusively for individuals who are of legal age.
Participation is not allowed for those who use the Program for illicit or commercial purposes. If ANTONIOLI detects non-compliant usage, it reserves the right to take appropriate measures, including blocking or canceling the account.
Privacy and Personal Data Processing
Users' personal data collected during the Program will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the applicable national data protection laws.
Detailed information regarding data processing methods, purposes, storage, and the rights of data subjects is available in the Privacy Policy published on ANTONIOLI's website.
By accepting these terms, the user acknowledges that they have reviewed the aforementioned Privacy Policy.
Last Update
These terms are effective from 19-02-2025 and remain valid until any modifications, suspension, or revocation, which ANTONIOLI reserves the right to make at any time.
