Korean designer Hyun Yeu founded HUNQ in 2021 in Amsterdam. The concept of the brand is based on 5 male worker archetypes: The Gardener, the Barman, the Carpenter, the Lifeguard and the Mechanic. His research was inspired by his own memories of people, objects, special moments and experimenting with unusual and unexpected ingredients to form the perfect scents. All perfumes are made in Grasse, France which is considered the world's capital of perfume. HUNQ's fragrances encapsulate the elements of each type of ‘’real man’’ and aim to create an explosive chemical reaction through unpredictable skin chemistry, resulting in something unconventionally different, yet surprisingly attractive.
