Department 5 was founded in 2007 by Mario Cangini and Nicola Silvagni. The brand is the result of a passionate approach to garments supported by the technical expertise of a company founded in 1970. Department Five tells an authentic story, nourished by profound fashion culture. In 1977, when Mario Cangini founded Spazio Numero Cinque in Milan, a boutique which exuded an effortless style for new generations, drawing continuous inspiration from the world of rock and contemporary subcultures.
