The prices indicated on the website include VAT and customs duties for the following countries:
USA, Japan, Switzerland, UK, Hong Kong, Canada, Australia, South Korea and China.
Please note that for all the countries not mentioned above, customers are responsible of any duty and tax fees. This amount is to be corresponded to the carrier, according to the process recommended by the carrier itself.
Please also note that in case that, for any reason, customer refuses the delivery of the parcel, shipping costs and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer.
This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the refund due.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Customers receive an email from DHL providing the tracking number (AWB) relating to the order.
To monitor the status of an order, please visit the official DHL website http://www.dhl.com/en.html and insert the tracking number sent via e-mail in the “Track Your Shipment” area.
PICKUP IN STORE
During the order registration, it is possible to pick up the order free at the Antonioli Milano boutique through the PICK UP IN STORE service.
The delivery date indicated in the order confirmation is to be considered approximate.
You will be contacted by email to inform you that your order is ready for pickup, and you can collect it in person (by presenting the order number, your name and surname, and an ID document) or through another person authorized to pick up the order on your behalf. In this case, the authorized person will need to present the order number and an ID document.
PERFUMES SHIPMENTS
Perfumes are deemed “dangerous goods” and are subject to the IATA regulations for air transport. Perfumes will be shipped with specific packaging boxes and seals and cannot exceed 150 ml.
Please note that perfumes can only be shipped in the following countries:
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portogallo, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States of America, Vatican City.
When an order includes a perfume as well as other clothing merchandise, perfumes will be processed separately from the customized ANTONIOLI.EU box. In addition, perfumes cannot be packed in gift boxes.
