DELIVERY TIMES

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CET) will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be handled the same day, subject to product availability and payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary in the event of unforeseen circumstances or exceptional situations.

The prices indicated on the website include VAT and custom duties for the following countries:

UK, USA, Japan, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Canada, Bahrain, Brunei Darussalam, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and United Arab Emirates.

Please note that for all the countries not mentioned above, customers are responsible of any duty and tax fees. This amount is to be corresponded to the carrier, according to the process recommended by the carrier itself.

Please also note that in case that, for any reason, customer refuses the delivery of the parcel, shipping costs and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer.
This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the refund due.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Customers receive an email from DHL providing the tracking number (AWB) relating to the order.
To monitor the status of an order, please visit the official DHL website http://www.dhl.com/en.html  or FedEx website https://www.fedex.com/en-it/home.html and insert the tracking number sent via e-mail in the “Track Your Shipment” area.

PERFUMES SHIPMENTS

Perfumes are deemed “dangerous goods” and are subject to the IATA regulations for air transport. Perfumes will be shipped with specific packaging boxes and seals and cannot exceed 150 ml.

Please note that perfumes can only be shipped in the following countries:

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portogallo, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States of America, Vatican City.

When an order includes a perfume as well as other clothing merchandise, perfumes will be processed separately from the customized ANTONIOLI.EU box. In addition, perfumes cannot be packed in gift boxes.

WARNING FOR SHIPMENTS TO THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

ANTONIOLI.EU informs that jewellery cannot be shipped to the Russian Federation.
