RETURNS AND REFUNDS

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Pursuant to Italian law and by government decree issued by parliamentary delegation no. 21 of 21/02/2014, the Customer is entitled to return the product(s) by submitting a return request within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. Once the request has been made, the Customer is obliged to return the product(s) to Antonioli within 14 days from the date of authorisation of the return request.


Before proceeding with your order, please read the following conditions and make sure you comply with them:

  • The items must be returned in perfect condition, with the labels and security seals intact, the original packaging (e.g. dust bag) and any other accessories received in the Order.

  • Returned items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

  • Footwear must not show signs of use and must be in their original packaging.

  • Socks, underwear and swimwear must be tried on while wearing your own clothing. Antonioli will not accept any returns that have been worn or are dirty.

  • Returns can only be shipped from the country and address where the Order was delivered.

  • The items must have been purchased online and not in the boutique.

  • In line with art. 59 of the consumer code, the following products cannot be returned:

    • electronics, IT items, cosmetics and perfume goods sealed and opened by the Customer.
    • goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or change rapidly;
    • custom-made or customised goods (e.g. gift packaging) at the customer's request in the order.

Antonioli reserves the right to reject returns that have not been authorised or sent in accordance with the above.


In these cases, Antonioli will return the Order to the original shipping address at the sender's expense.
 


HOW TO MAKE A RETURN


To make a return, the Customer must fill in the appropriate Return Form. The Return Form can be accessed from your Personal Account page and in the "Return Form" section.


Following this request, an authorisation email will be sent together with the documents needed to return the product/s.In the event of customs duties, these will be charged to the Customer and will be deducted from the amount due as a refund when the refund is issued.
 


HOW REFUNDS ARE ISSUED


Once we receive the return, we will check that all the conditions listed above have been met: if the procedure has been carried out correctly, we will issue the refund, which will be made via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
The refund will be issued with exclusive reference to the amount of the returned products, the shipping costs other than the standard delivery costs of the products will remain the responsibility of the Customer.
The refund usually takes place after a few days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and bank.

The refund will be issued in the same currency of the original purchase. Any differences in the amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.

 


RETURN FREQUENCY


In the event of hight return rates, Antonioli reserves the right to deactivate the account until the real reason is verified. Our Customer Service will contact you via email so that we can resolve the issue and restore your account.


 
GOODS EXCHANGE


Antonioli does not offer a goods exchange service. If the size you have purchased doesn't fit, please place a new order.
