The Data (first name and surname, date of birth, e-mail address, country of residence, gender and purchase data) are collected in order to enable you to participate in the Loyalty Programme and to obtain the corresponding benefits. The legal basis for the processing is the performance of the contract to which the data subject becomes a party by accepting the terms and conditions of the programme membership (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The Personal Data will be kept for the duration of your membership in the Loyalty Programme or for 3 (three) months if the Loyalty Card is deactivated or if the Loyalty Card is not used for a period of 12 (twelve) months. The provision of personal data is free of charge and refusal to provide it will make it impossible for you to join the Programme.
