In 1971, Massimo Osti founded the Chester Perry brand. Osti, started off as a graphic designer. The brand is renowned for making use of new revolutionary techniques for printing t-shirts and later rediscovered and began experimenting with garment dyeing. After a series of legal copyright issues regarding Osti’s brand name, he was forced to change he name to C.P. Company in 1978. Around 1987, C.P. Company created several prototypes, inspired by Anti-gas clothing and began introducing elements such as lenses and goggles as the signature of the brand. Today, C.P. Company has become one of the most unrivalled brands when it comes to technical fabrics and functional design with a military and sportswear inspiration.
