Puma SE is a German athletic and casual footwear, apparel, and accessories multinational Corporation. The company was founded in 1948 in Germany by Rudolf Dassler and is the third largest sportswear brand in the world. Rudolf and his brother Adolf ''Adi'' Dassler created a company together, but when their relationship fell apart they formed two separate brands, Adidas and Puma. Rudolf first registered the company as Ruda, inspired by the Founder's name and later changed the name to Puma. The brand today has found itself at the intersection between sport, fashion and forming trends destined to become mainstream.
