K.jacques woman

K.Jacques was founded in 1933 in St.Tropez by Jacques and Elise Keklikian, a couple who arrived in France as Armenian refugees. They opened a modest store and a workshop in the seaside town of St. Tropez, were Jacques custom-made and designed each piece including the famous Tropezienne sandal. Quality and simplicity became the main features of the brand whose fame began to grow quickly amongst celebrity artists, Actors, filmmakers, painters and actresses who were part of the local scene. Since the early 90's K.Jacques has been collaborating with classic and contemporary designers such as Karl Lagerfield, Kenzo, Courrèges, Balenciaga, Helmut Lang, Givenchy, Golden Goose and James Perse. Jacques and Elise's daughter Liliane and two sons, Georges and Bernard are still in charge of the Maison today, along with their children who have managed to maintain the same philosophy of quality and durability. 덜 보기
