Manfred Thierry Mugler was a French stylist, photographer, and creator of the eponymous fashion house. He took inspiration from history, 70’s American cars, film noir and the world of insects. Casey Cadwallader was nominated artistic director of the fashion house on December 1 2022. Mugler chose the American designer "for his contemporary vision of the brand", explains the president of the French brand, Sandrine Groslier. “His determination and unique sensitivity to Mugler's artistic and experimental heritage will allow us to continue the renewal of the brand in the long term.
